The QNR team understands through experience that every business is different.  With a variety of packages available, your business will have an experienced consultant at its side when needed to ensure and that your business remains in a continuous state of compliance.  We cover the entire device life cycle with a global scope.

Whether your QNR consultant is participating in an internal compliance discussion with your business, providing templates and other supporting documentation to assist with day to day activities, or reaching out to a notified body on your behalf, the QNR support line gives you a variety of options to fit the unique needs of your business.

On-Call, Affordable Support:  Our Solution to a Frequently Unmet Need

The QNR team has been in this situation many times, as with many businesses:  How to effectively resolve compliance concerns in a timely manner while having resource and/or budget limitations?  For small to mid-size business, it's often a business decision on how to deploy the capital available, and a full-time, experienced consultant may prove cost prohibitive to have on staff.  Other, larger and/or more established businesses may simply not have the bandwidth available to support their competing priorities, and could benefit from an experienced resource to call on when needed.

The QNR teams wants to help your business succeed, regardless of its size or stage of its life cycle.  To better serve our customers, we offer a variety of plans where a QNR consultant will be on-call to support you according to your specific circumstances.

The QNR Support Line: How it Works

The QNR support line is offered as a standard service, which is open to all clients, as well as a Gold Membership plan, which offers extra services as well as discounted hourly rates for global consultant support.  QNR Gold Membership can be paid as either a monthly or annual basis.  We ask you please contact us for assistance as needed.  You can work with the QNR team to determine your level of support needed and identify which package is best for your business.

To schedule time with the QNR support line, simply sign up through the QNR scheduling portal, or through the Gold Members portal if you have signed up for the QNR Gold plan.  Our teams covers global compliance for medical devices and the complete device life cycle.

Please note that the QNR support line is an advisory consultant service, and is not intended to be a day to day, functional resource for your business.  The consultant can give recommendations, help you formulate strategy, guide you through the process, and provide template and documentation support as needed.  Customized options are available if you are looking for day to day, function execution of activities, or plan for a high volume of support where scheduling on a per session basis is impractical and/or not cost effective.

Compliance Requests: Defined

The QNR Support Line operates through Compliance Requests, which are allocated to a consultant following signup by the client.

Each Compliance Request includes two main components:  1) An initial request/discussion between you and the QNR team, and 2) a follow up action from your QNR consultant.  The initial request/discussion may include an email, text message, a 30 minute phone call between you and the QNR team, or other method depending on your preference (we are flexible and will work with you).  The QNR consultant will provide a follow up response based on the scope of the request, either by email, phone or other method preferred by your team, to complete and close the request.  In the event that the request is for active consultant participation, such as a conference call with an agency or other third party, presentation, etc., the consultant will close the request after completion of the activity.  We estimate that each request for QNR support from receipt through closure should take about an hour of consultant time, so you as the client are purchasing one hour of consultant support with each Compliance request.

Which Plan is Best for My Business?

The circumstances and needs of each business is different, so a range of plans is available.  

 

The team commonly asks these types of questions when determining a best fit for your business:

  • How often do you need consultant support?  Perhaps weekly, once a month, or on a daily basis?

  • Do you want the consultant to more actively participate in your business activities and/or represent your business, such as communications with agencies, certification bodies and/or other third parties?

  • Will you need templates and/or documentation support?

  • Do you need a functional resource to execute on day to day projects and/or activities? (our customized services can cover this)

  • Or, if you plan on higher volume consultant support, and/or do you prefer to simply receive an invoice on a monthly basis for ongoing support rather than managing per request? (our customized services can also cover this need)

Based on your responses, we will work with you to find the best fit.
