Service Description
In this videoconference, you will have a consultation with an experienced QNR consultant to discuss your business need, answer any questions you may have, and determine the best path forward to resolve your need. In the meeting, we can cover medical device compliance covering the entire device life cycle with global scope, as well as US business formation. Please note that as a default, we have allotted a 30min videoconference for discussion as needed, but we will adapt based on your preferences. If you prefer a non-video call or the request by email, please let us know and we will accommodate. Email requests in place of on-line meetings are standard practice with routine customers, and it gives the QNR consultant additional time to research your need and provide a higher quality response. Following this appointment, our QNR consultant will take the action item from the meeting, and follow up with a written communication (such as email) to resolve and close your compliance request. We estimate that each request for QNR support from receipt through closure should take about an total about an hour of consultant time. Please note that this is our QNR Support Line Gold service plan, and additional services are available, including document templates and/or supporting documentation upon request, as well as live support with your organization and third parties as needed. Please let us know if you require a consultant for a third party call. We can accommodate a call up to 1hr in length per appointment scheduled.
