On-call global consultant support (Document request only).
Service Description
This request format is for customers who do not believe a videoconference and/or call is needed, and prefer to complete the request by email. This may be a worthwhile option for customers that may already have an established relationship with a consultant and do not find a call necessary. This format will allow the QNR consultant additional time to research your need and provide a higher quality response. Following your purchase of this service, the QNR team will reach out to you to confirm your need for support and accept your request over email. The QNR consultant will then research your request, ask for clarification as necessary, and follow up with an email communication to resolve and close your compliance request. We estimate that the request from receipt through closure should take about an hour of consultant time. The QNR team can cover medical device compliance covering the entire device life cycle with global scope, as well as US business formation. Please note that this is our QNR Support Line standard service, and additional services are available for QNR Gold service members.
