QNR Membership, Standard Packages and Services
QNR Membership:
Please note that QNR Membership is intended as a tool for collaboration and education for industry professionals. We encourage members to watch new content as it's published to keep current on industry events, learn best practices, and listen to responses to questions that fellow professionals have have. Our consultants work full time in the industry to provide Members the most recent, relevant information possible. With this in mind, please note that consultants intend to answer questions on a first come, first basis, and based on priority as confirmed by each member. We appreciate your patience in advance if we need to work through a backlog of questions from Members. If you need immediate, hands on assistance, please contact us to discuss options with respect to a custom plan.
Other packages and Services:
The QNR Packages offered to clients may designate QNR in specific capacities to act on behalf of the manufacturer with the FDA, other agencies and/or third parties, or for consultant support services. Packages are available as either standard or customized plans. We offer various payment options depending on the preferences of the client. Please contact the QNR team for further details on specific payment methods.

Please note: Any services described on the site are for support services only, and do not include agency filing fees. The QNR team can support these filings as needed depending on package, but it is the responsibility of the establishment (you, the client) to pay the filing fees (typically by credit card or bank account deposit). Please contact us for further detail.

QNR Customized Packages
Standard of Work (SOW) Details and Pricing:
As standard practice, the conditions of QNR's customized services / consultant support are agreed upon through a Statement of Work (SOW) between QNR and the client. Each SOW includes details of the description of services/scope, deliverables and timing, main points of contact, and resourcing plan with fees to provide full transparency between QNR and client.
In addition to an SOW, a master services agreement may also be drafted as needed based on the following: 1) either party wishes to separate financial and/or payment terms from compliance related activities; and/or 2) larger scale activities and/or multiple SOWs are planned or otherwise ongoing, and a centralized, master agreement would be helpful for traceability and/or records.

Fees for the Services are based on the actual time incurred at predetermined hourly rates as agreed upon with the client, plus expenses. We ask that you please provide a purchase order number for the services to be completed according to the SOW, and we will begin the services upon receipt of that information (alternative payment options are also available - Please contact us for further details).
QNR will invoice you for fees and expenses incurred (and applicable taxes, if any) monthly in summary fashion. Payment terms are net 30-60 days as agreed upon by the client. Within the SOW, discounted hourly rates are provided for the resource(s) to be used to complete the activities of the SOW. These discounted rates represent a long term commitment to partner with your business, and investment by QNR in our relationship with you.
General Conditions (For All Packages and Services)
Cancellation / Termination of Agreements:
Notice. Either Party may cancel / terminate an agreement (either standard or customized plans) for any reason with (30) days written notice to the other Party. This notice will give both parties sufficient time to complete the necessary updates, communications to third parties, etc. to ensure a successful transition. Following the notice, any current plan will be allowed to run out, and will be cancelled prior to the next payment due date.
Termination for material breach. Each Party may cancel / terminate an agreement (either standard or customized plans) with immediate effect by delivering notice of the termination to the other party, if:

The other party fails to perform, has made, or makes any inaccuracy in, or otherwise materially breaches, any of its obligations, covenants, or representations, and

The failure, inaccuracy, or breach continues for a period of fifteen (15) Days after the injured party delivers notice to the breaching party reasonably detailing the breach.
These cancellation terms will help facilitate open communication between both parties (QNR and you, the client), and help ensure that the parties fulfill the responsibilities of the agreement and form a healthy, successful partnership.

Pricing:
On an annual basis, QNR may find it necessary to increase the fee for our services in order to stay competitive and stay in business. Regarding our standard and custom plans involving Statements of Work (SOW), adequate notice will be given to the customer concerning any increase. We plan to maintain a streamlined business model to keep efficiency high, keep costs low, and keep price increases to a minimum.

Work Hours:
Please note that the standard business hours for the QNR Team are Mon-Fri 8am-6pm US Eastern Standard Time (UTC-05:00). Appointments over phone and/or videoconference with QNR consultants for support generally occur within those hours during the week. Please note that the QNR team also has global team members who may be able to accommodate outside of those hours by appointment. We will make every effort to ensure you receive the support needed.

Please note that QNR is a consultant firm specializing in medical device compliance, business formation and support. QNR does not practice law and does not specialize in accounting or any related field.
